En ocasiones nos sentimos menos vitales, nos cuesta descansar por las noches y esto llega a afectar a nuestro estado de \u00e1nimo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"> Muchas personas reconocen sufrir estos s\u00edntomas que derivan del llamado s\u00edndrome post-vacacional.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>S\u00edndrome que, seg\u00fan algunos estudios, lo padecen m\u00e1s de un 40% de espa\u00f1oles y cuya duraci\u00f3n media es de unos 7 d\u00edas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"> Existen varias maneras de prevenir su aparici\u00f3n o mitigar los citados s\u00edntomas. Se recomienda realizar actividad f\u00edsica que nos ayudar\u00e1 a estar m\u00e1s activos y a poder descargar las tensiones acumuladas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"> Sin llegar a practicar deportes de alta intensidad, podemos simplemente caminar una media de unos 6-7 kil\u00f3metros a diario, si es posible, en espacios naturales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"> Tambi\u00e9n ayuda el poder organizarse con antelaci\u00f3n al inicio de las actividades, especialmente si tenemos ni\u00f1os, ya que las situaciones que nos exigen desplazamientos y dedicaci\u00f3n durante varias horas pueden producir estr\u00e9s. Conocer la importancia de los nutrientes y mirar de <b>eliminar los alimentos ricos en az\u00facares y los ultraprocesados, una prioridad.<br \/>\n <\/b><\/span><br \/>\n <span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"> Al ser una de los principales s\u00edntomas del s\u00edndrome post vacacional el <b>insomnio<\/b> o la poca calidad del descanso, procuraremos realizar la cena como m\u00ednimo dos horas antes de ir a dormir. A poder ser una cena ligera que no exija una digesti\u00f3n pesada. <\/span><br \/>\n <span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Tambi\u00e9n nos ir\u00e1 muy bien escoger alimentos que activan<b> la melatonina<\/b> como los huevos, el bacalao, los pl\u00e1tanos, la carne de ave, el br\u00f3coli, el aguacate, los frutos secos, etc..<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"> <b>Para combatir el cansancio o la fatiga apostaremos por los alimentos con un alto contenido en vitamina C<\/b>, verduras de hoja verde, frutas y hortalizas como el pimiento rojo, el kiwi, las uvas, las fresas, la albahaca, la papaya\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"> <b>Vitaminas del grupo B<\/b> a trav\u00e9s de los huevos, las carnes y los pescados, como las sardinas o el salm\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"> <b>Y el magnesio,\u00a0<\/b>que lo podremos obtener consumiendo alimentos como las hortalizas, los frutos secos (nueces, anacardos, almendras), las legumbres y en los cereales (arroz integral, mijo). Tambi\u00e9n en el cacao puro o en el chocolate con m\u00e1s el 85% de cacao.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"> Y por \u00faltimo para evitar la apat\u00eda o falta de vitalidad podemos encontrar en <b>el tript\u00f3fano,\u00a0<\/b>una ayuda fant\u00e1stica, a trav\u00e9s del consumo de leche, queso, huevos, ciruelas, aguacates, el pl\u00e1tano, las carnes blancas y el pescado. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><strong> Estos son los nutrientes recomendados para afrontar la vuelta a la rutina<\/strong>. Si tu alimentaci\u00f3n es por ahora muy diferente a la que te recomendamos, puedes encontrar en tu farmacia numerosos suplementos multivitam\u00ednicos, que a pesar de no substituir una dieta saludable, te ayudar\u00e1n a afrontar la exigencia de tu jornada hasta que puedas dar el paso definitivo hacia tu salud alimentaria. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span
