Evitant les pujades i baixades de sucre i els conseg\u00fcents afartaments i efectes rebot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 <strong>Augmenta la ingesta de vegetals.<\/strong> El consum de verdures locals i de temporada, a poder ser en cada \u00e0pat, ens ajudar\u00e0 a recuperar l&#8217;equilibri digestiu, i millorar la pell i les mucoses, gr\u00e0cies al seu gran poder antioxidant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 <strong>Caldo depuratiu.<\/strong> Preparat un caldo depuratiu, que pots deixar a la nevera fins a 3 dies. Prendre&#8217;n una tassa calenta de bon mat\u00ed en dej\u00fa, un altre a mig mat\u00ed, i a mitja tarda.
